This Privacy Policy explains how intersilvi.se collects and processes personal data.

In order for you to make a purchase at intersilvi.se, we need your name, address, mobile number and e-mail.

We need these details to be able to send your order to the correct delivery address, keep you up to date on the ordering process and contact you about your order if the need arises.

We are obliged to store ordering details as part of our accounting routines, tax reporting and any warranty/return processing. For security reasons, we also store the IP address that was used to place the order.

We may need other personal details for other purposes. The personal data concerned and their purpose of using are described in this Privacy Policy.

 

Also, you may at any time demand that we delete or correct your personal data, provided that we are not obliged to keep it on file in accordance with applicable law or any other obligations we are bound by.

 

Delivery of goods

We cooperate with PostNord and DHL for the conveyance of goods. We forward any personal data they need to be able to deliver the goods to you. The data we share with the carriers is your name, address, telephone number and desired delivery location. These data are deleted after twelve (12) months.

 

Payment solutions

For security reasons, we store historical data containing the IP addresses from which we receive orders. The payment details required on Inter Silvi are: IP address, name, street address, e-mail and mobile number.

All systems that process personal data linked to the payment of orders are strictly limited to employees who do the tasks that are required for processing the order.

 

Bambora

For card payments, we use Bambora for processing online card transactions and we do not store any card information. Please note that invoicing and bank data are stored in compliance with current legislation – specifically the Swedish Money Laundering and Accounting Act – when you choose to pay Inter Silvi’s invoice.

In addition to the above, all sensitive data and payment data are processed on encrypted servers that cannot be accessed from without. Inter Silvi uses SSL encryption, which is the highest possible standard for encryption and security associated with online card payments. Card details are processed by Bambora and cannot be accessed by employees of Inter Silvi AB or Bambora. These transactions are not stored on internal servers and are at present not processed by Inter Silvi AB itself.

 

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you download a website. These are usually used to improve the user experience and remember who you are so that you do not stay logged in.

The purpose of cookies is to give the online shop basic functions such as session management, as well as for analysis, customisation and marketing.

First-party cookies are necessary for the website to work.

Third-party cookies are used for analysis, marketing and the customisation of the website.

If you want to block the use of cookies, you can set your browser to block them automatically. See your browser’s help pages for these settings. Please note that if you choose to block cookies, several functions on intersilvi.se will not work.

 

Newsletters and communication

We offer e-mail newsletters, the content of which is usually tailored to you, with relevant information and offers. Receiving these newsletters is optional, and you must explicitly give your consent in connection with a campaign, registration or on ‘My page’. All your consents can be processed under ‘My consent’ on ‘My Page’. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

 

If your purchase is interrupted for any reason, we will send you an e-mail informing you that we have saved your shopping cart. We do this as an extra customer service to make your customer experience with us as smooth and easy as possible. You can block this service by clicking the link at the bottom of the email.

 

We also send out order and delivery confirmation documents related to completed purchases with us.

 

Policy changes If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will publish the revised version here with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review the policy regularly. If we implement major changes that significantly change our privacy practices, we may also notify you in a different manner, such as by e-mail, on the company’s website or on social media.
